CPU: I5 650 3.20 Ghz

What gpu and psu are you currently using? Yes that i5 will bottleneck a GTX980.

I´m using a ECS GTX 550 Ti 1GB and 600W PSU

Yes there will be a bottleneck for sure. Overclock your cpu and it will help but that cpu wont keep up with a 980.

It's safe to assume you're need a psu upgrade if you want a new video card. There are no good 600w models on the market.

I wouldn't run a GTX980 with a 1st gen i5. How about a GTX970 and a new cpu + motherboard?
