i5 6500 gtx 950 or i5 6400 gtx 960

Should i go with it 6500 gtx 950 or with 6400 and 960 (i'll oc gpu).

If it is for gaming you should always target for a better GPU.

I would definitely pick-up the i5 6500 and GTX 950 anyday, the GTX 960 is not a long ways off in terms of performance against the GTX 950. Since you're going to overclock (depending on the model, I would STRONGLY advise getting a twin-fan version) I would suggest a slight GPU overclock to around 1395Mhz-1420Mhz to get it on the level of a GTX 960 and run Prime95 for a little over an hour to make sure it's a stable overclock.
