Which would prove better for gaming?
I won be likely upgrading for about 3years...
Which should I go for ..
1) i5-6500;gtx-1070;8gb ram
2)i7-6700;gtx-1060;16gb ram..
Both are coming same on the budget..

1, without a doubt. GPU is way more immportant and those two CPUs game the same anyway.

I had a doubt .. if I go with (4x2) that is 8gb ram sticks .. in future if I want 16gb ram .. do I need to completely buy a new 16gb pair.. or can I an add another (4x2)ram-stick of the same brand nd model of the 8gb which I brought earlier ??

You have a high chance of them working in dual channel if you buy exactly the same model. And even if they don't, dual channel is less important than capacity. Also, you should obviously get a MB with 4 DIMM slots.

All that being said, the difference from 2x4 to 2x8 is about $20 so i highly recommend that you get 16 to begin with.
