i5 6500 , i5 6600 Question For GTA V!

Hello,
In my country i5 6500 and i5 6600 have 25Euro difference!
Also I have a Saphirre R7 260X OC 2GB
So I want to play GTA Online at 1280x720p.
I don't have problem if I cant run it at high settings I am ok with normal settings
Here is the question...what difference am I going to have if I buy i5 6600 instead of i5 6500
I forget to say that I have 2x8GB Hyper X Savage at 2133Mhz!

Minimal difference if at all. Save your money get the 6500.

Well the 6600 has a 300mhz higher turbo clock, which isn't really that much of a difference. I would say maybe a few fps less in gta v with the 6500 vs the 6600, certainly nothing significant. I'm not sure what settings you will be able to run at that resolution, if you were playing at 1080p I would definitely recommend lower settings with normal texture quality, however at that resolution you make be able to turn a few options up.

Graphics card will be the bottleneck here anyway. The i5-6500 will do just fine for what you want.

Oh, I hadn't seen the resolution. Probably upwards of 60-80 FPS in that resolution and low settings, which is probably more than your probably 60 Hz monitor can display anyway.

I've got a crappy laptop from 6 years ago that can do mid-20's in that game at 800*600. Surprising, really.
