i5 6500 vs cheaper i5 4590

hi, if i can get i5 4590 + mobo for $30-$40 cheaper than i5 6500 is it still worth the investment?

very good guide however kinda weird they dont say i5 6500 on the same level of 4590 considering its only 3%-%5 faster.
