Soon im going to upgrade my pc but Here's is the dilema. If i go with i5 6600k , gigabyte z170 gaming 6 mobo, 8gb fury, corsair h100i v2 i would keep only enough money for go with a GTX 1060... But if i change the cpu for a i5 6500, and mobo for a b150 chipset, same ram, hyper 212 cooler, i could buy a GTX 1070... Worth this change??? I would have enough power for the 1070?

For gaming, you should always priortise the GPU over the CPU. That said, a GTX 1070 is best suited for 1440p 144hz, so anything less than that is arguably a waste of money. If your monitor is 1080p 60hz then I'd say that your best bet is to go for an i5-6500 with a GTX 1060 and save your cash, or use it for something else, such as an SSD.

You won't need a 212 EVO with an i5-6500 or any CPU that can't be overclocked.
