I got my 6600k overclocked to 4.4 ghz
Is this stable? (4.4 / +60 mv)?

no one can tell you if it's stable without hands on your system.

you have to run heavy stress tests for an extended amount of time yourself to test if it is actually stable.

I did a 5min stress test (with xtu) and it was stable
I also played roblox.

4.4 GHz was certainly not an 'overly lofty' goal for most 6600K samples....

See what you can get on default core voltage using Prime95/small FFTs (no AVX/AVX2); if temps go above 80C, you are pushing it IMO...
