Is an i5 6600k at 4.7ghz at a 1.29 vcore stable considered really good? Temps max at 65c, did I get a good silicon lottery? What about 4.7 at 1.3?

It's pretty good if it's completely stable. My 6700K takes 1.35v at 4.6Ghz. The i7s usually need a bit more than than an i5 though. Temps are great. I can make a single core hit 70C by running Prime Small FFTs and Intel Burn Test at the same time otherwise I'm in the 60s as well. Using a Phanteks TC14PE.
