I5 6600k is this overclock safe

I would like to know if this would have a impact on lifespan of the cpu.I would like to keep this pc for 5 years.My temps never go above 55c with a 212 evo.

Seems perfectly fine. As long as you keep your temperatures and voltage in check your CPU's lifespan will not really take major a hit. With the temp and voltage, you have mentioned in your post, you will easily get way more than 5 years out of it.
