I just built my new pc and currently i am running my i5 6600k at 4.6Ghz using 1.34 volts.
When i stress test my temps never reached higher then 59 degrees when running aida 64 for 30 mins. Should i try overclock to 4.7 or 4.8 or should i settle for the current setup

Solution
You could 4.7 is likely.
Higher multiplier will require higher vcore.
1.4 is about as high as you should go.
You will not likely reach thermal limits at that voltage.
How much better you can do will be determined by your luck in getting a good chip.
Here are the odds:
As of 5/2016
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.40v Vcore.

I5-6600K
5.0 2%
4.9 11%
4.8 36%
4.7 64%
4.6 88%

When you reach your limit, implement speedstep and adaptive voltage so the voltage and clock rate will lower when the cpu is not stressed.

no you will need more volt and see no improvement the max is 4.8gz that's 100x48 to go more than this you will need to move up the BLCK this will need move volt.
The more volt you need the hotter the CPU gets and the less life you get from this CPU.
4.0 to 4.6 is the sweet spot
