I5 6600k over clock

I am overclocking my i5 6600k right now on my msi z170a m5 gaming motherboard on the tutorial i am watching he just types in 46 by the CPU ratio and it works by me i type it in and it Goes back to 35 i can go lower but nog higher than 35 plz help

Do you mean it goes back to 35 immediately after you hit enter, or it reverts back after you save settings and restart?

well, ive read that even when done properly, it still has a risk of destroying your pc, you sure there is no other sollution

The big risk when updating BIOS is it getting interrupted, e.g. by power outage. So if you live somewhere with frequent black/brown outs, it can be risky if you don't have a UPS. Other than that, it isn't particularly dangerous. I've probably flashed BIOS a good 10-20 times on my mobo.
