I5 6600k slow help

When I’m playing any game what so ever when I tab out and try and open up a browser it takes forever to load up anything and sometimes when I boot it up it stays at like 0.80ghz to 1.5ghz for some reason

Asus z170e mobo

Have you checked the power management in windows?

I think that your current mode is "power saving"

I don’t think my mono has that option
