i5-6600K stuck at 798MHZ all the time

Hi all,

As some of the other threads also discussed. I have a i5-6600K that seems to be stuck at 20% utilization (0.8MHZ). Its stuck there all the time, from boot onward. Always one straight line 0.8MHZ.

I have followed almost all the advice i could find but nothing has helped so far.

CPU SA voltage 1.112v
CPU IO voltage 0.9v

Solved it by turning off Intel Adaptive Thermal Monitor under the BIOS > Overclocking > CPU Features
