i5 7400 cpu driver doesn't meet system requierments

I have an i5 7500 cpu so I tried downloading the driver for it but for some reason It says that my pc doesn't meet the minimum requirements (to open the file)
I have gtx 1050ti
8gb ram

A driver for a CPU? What file did you download exactly? CPUs do not normally require user installed drivers.
