What is better i5 7400 gtx 1070 or i5 7500 gtx 1060 6gb? Each combination will go with 8gb ram.
One more question:what is the recommended wattage for the psu for the gtx 1070?

Go for the i5 7400 + gtx 1070. The higher GPU would have noticeable performance jump/increase than the almost identical/equally-powerful i5's.

If you plan on gaming then definitely go for the 1070 as the GPU is much more important. you would get much better performance.
