[SOLVED] i5-7400 placed to high in Tom's CPU Hierarchy Chart?

I am working on an older office PC for someone that wants to turn it into an inexpensive gaming PC. It has an i5-7400 processor. I went to Tom's CPU Hierarchy Chart to get an idea where the old quad core falls in comparison to today's CPUs. It's actually listed twice (?); once above the Ryzen 7 1700X/Ryzen 5 1600AF... and again below the Ryzen 5 1600/Ryzen 3 3400g. Am I correct in assuming the top slot is a mistake? (Even the lower slot seems a bit high, but a little more believable.) Thoughts?

What exact table are you referring to? There are a lot of ordered lists on that page.

Sorry, I should have been more exact.
Intel and AMD Gaming CPU Benchmarks Hierarchy
Gaming CPU Benchmarks Hierarchy

I didn't go any further than that down the page. I was struck by the 7400 being listed twice in the same chart.
I now see further down (in the Legacy Desktop CPU Benchmarks Hierarchy) it is listed above the i7-7700!
But I think there's another mistake. The i7-7700 shouldn't be there maybe.
