It's true I5 7400 is similiar or little bit lower performance than I5 3570k i don't won't to upgrade i am just wondering

Probably similar to an overclocked 3570k. What are you trying to achieve? If better gaming performance you want more than a quad core/thread cpu.

Not really, the 3570k was the best i5 of its day and the 7400 was the lowest of its day. It was also a period of time when cpu improvements were small increments.

yes, it can be actually slower per core since it's base clock is 3.0 vs 3.4 and the 3570K has an unlocked multiplier
