[SOLVED] i5 7400 with rtx 2060/2060 s/2070 s

so i have an quite old gpu ,r9 380 , i bought it when it just released and its served me quite well .



now im planning to upgrade but problem is i have a mediocre cpu (i5 7400) ,i know that there gonna be a bottleneck



my question is how big gonna be the bottleneck and which gpu from the 3 i listed in the title are more worth it as far as performance goes?



i have a 1080p 60hz monitor so as long as it gives me solid 60 fps at high settings im fine with some bottleneck



another thing is ,i need the gpu to last me at least 5 years ,like the r9 380s did and i dont mind buying an new cpu in the future to boost performance (in 2-3 years+-)

i need a gpu that will hold me for at least 4-5 years ,just like the r9 380 did

and i dont mind buying a new cpu in the future to improve performance

will the rtx 2060 be able to run games at solid framrates in the future?

and how i said , i will buy a new cpu ,but atm i cant afford buying a new gpu and cpu

I’m not talking about a bottleneck, it’s just a limitation of that cpu in some newer cpu heavy games regardless of gpu choice. The only reason I mention it is you said a ‘solid 60fps’ and you just won’t be able to do that in some games because of the cpu.
