i5 750 oc is sufficient for 1080p ultra settings gaming?

i am going to built a ps4 console killer pc with these configuration.
processor i5 750 oc
motherboard asus P7Q57
ram 6gb bus speed 1333mhz
hdd 500gb seagate 7200rpm and ssd 128gb
power suply 450w
gpu r9 270
will this pc beat ps4?
will this pc play all modern games in ultra settings at 1080p?

This PC won't play all games at Ultra/1080p. If you can, lay out a base price and I'll try to put one together. Message me if you'd like!

Anyways, I would recommend going to 1600Mhz memory if at all possible, as well as upgrading that drive to at least a terabyte as that space will be used up fairly quickly when downloading big games such as Battlefield, etc.

Keep in mind, you still need to get an OS, a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, a set of speakers or some headphones, and a PC case. I've thrown together a cheaper PC below.

Keep in mind, no matter what you use, at three hundred dollars you are not going to get Ultra performance at 1080p.

This build does not include an operating system or any peripherals whatsoever. your best bet would be to go on to craigslist or eBay and lowball some people for mediocre parts.

This setup utilizes an a10 APU by AMD with an integrated GPU.

If you can only spend $300, that would leave you with about $75 for a computer if you want to factor in cheap peripherals and an OS...
