i5 750 overclocking upto 4.3ghz

i am going to built a ps4 console killer pc with these configuration.
processor i5 750 oc
motherboard asus P7Q57
ram 6gb bus speed 1333mhz
hdd 500gb seagate 7200rpm and ssd 128gb
power suply 450w
gpu r9 270
will this pc beat ps4?
will this pc play all modern games in ultra settings at 1080p?
will this pc overclocking enhance my pc performance?
will this overclocking is dangerous for non k version 'i' series cpu?

1. It will beat the PS4
2. It will not play all modern games in ultra at 1080p. You will get that kind of performance out of a i5-6600k and a GTX 970.
3. Overclocking can help, but make sure you have adequate cooling.
4. If the processor is unlocked, there will be no issue. You should be good for overclocking.

Btw, change the title of the thread (the i7 750 isn't a real processor )

what about xeon w3550?is it overclockable?it supports all modern games at 1080p?
