Question i5 7500 and rtx 2060 bottleneck?

Will my i5 7500 bottleneck an RTX 2070? I have an opportunity to get one.

In my opinion you would need an 8th gen 8700 or at least Ryzen 2600\2700 for a more balanced setup with a 2070. Although this requires at least a new board.

How about this CPU: Core i7-7700K, if you don't want to upgrade and change your current PC setup ??.....Else, you might be requiring a complete system overhaul, if you go for the latest gen of CPUs.

Well I guess I am not going to do it. I was going to trade the person some things for it, but if I am only going to get about 100 fps on 1080p with it I may as well stick with my 1060 3gb. I am broke and can't afford a new CPU. I get along fine the way I am anyway.
