Friend of mine made his first pc , but accidentally broke his stock CPU cooler (dropped it) .
What do you think about arctic 11 plus as a replacement . Is it any better then the stock one ?

When you're speeding that much on a stock'ish cooler, why not just buy a better aftermarket cooler like the Cryorig H7? Provided you have no clearance issues with your components, i.e.
