i5 7500 or i3 7100?

Hey there! I was planning to build a budget PC which could handle some(very casual) video editing and animation in After Effects. I would also like some 1080p gaming(obviously at high if it can). Although, preference is the everyday performance, like how snappy and quick the system is- I can compromise at gaming. I am confused between i3-7100 with GTX 1050 or just i5-7500. Which one will be ideal for me? I also have an AMD config in my mind- Ryzen 3 1200 with GT 1030. All three with 8 gigs of RAM.
