i5 7500 Saying i have 2 cores 2 threads instead of 4 cores 4 threads

Recently, I got an i5 7500, I went to go look at the specs of my pc and its saying I have 2 cores and 2 threads even though that's incorrect.

I'd like to know how to fix this and if it's affecting my pc's performance.

Here are my specs:
GTX 1050
GA-H110M-S2H
i5 7500
1tb Seagate HDD

You will have to go into the bios, it sounds like someone disabled some of your cores
