Well, I'm thinking that ranking was a personal evaluation of yours. So it would be easier if you stated what you want from teh new CPU. Like, you want it to last you as long as teh old one did? You want it to play any game whatsoeve without ever bottlenecking the GPU, regardless of what GPU that is?
If...
I think we are not understanding eachother. im not looking for best price/performance CPU, but when i bought i5 760 in 2010 it was in certain rank based on its performance, but now im searching for 2016 Cpu that fills the same rank based on performance.

i have no idea how too explain so you would get it, but your link has nice info

If the answer is yes to both the above, the 6500 is the one to get.
All that being said, if you are hunting for an i5 that you will not overclock, the 6500 is simply the one to get because, the only one cheaper would be the 6400, but it's 500Mhz slower on both base and boost clocks and the price difference is so small that getting the 6500 is an absolute no-brainer. Conversly, the 6600 does not justify it's price premium for the 100Mhz base clock advantage and 300Mhz boost.
SO teh only real question you should be asking is whether you want to overclock at some point or not. Personally, i wouldn't bother. The CPUs are beyond powerfull enough.
