Hello,
First of all sorry about my english. I hope you will understand my problem.
The temperature of my i5 7600 in the idle is between 30 and even 55 degrees and the temperature is rapidly changing every few seconds. When CPU is stressed the temperature is ok, it doesn't go higher than 63-66 degrees.
I'm using SilentiumPC Spartan 3 LT HE1012 CPU cooler, SilentiumPC Aquarius X70W computer case with 2 120mm fans on front, 1 fan on the back and 2 fans on top. SilentiumPC 500W Vero L1 v2 power supply. Recently i change themral paste.
Are these temperatures normal ?

Solution
Your temps are normal but the rapid changing is not. Open up task manager and see if there is a program or virus taking up Cpu usage and try scanning your computer for viruses. Use malware bytes if you have none.
