i5-7600K bottleneck 1070 at 1080p?

Hello there,

This is my first PC build and this is my parts:

Most of my games makes my CPU goes 100% all the time, is it a bottle neck for my GPU and thats why I am getting a low FPS at 1080p! ?
Does this happen if I had a 1440p monitor?
Would I get a better FPS/performance with stronger CPU?

High usage is normal when playing games.
As for low fps... how much are you getting??
I don't think there is a bottleneck here.

I do not have any other program running, what if I want to use some other programs.
actually sometimes the games get stuck for a second.
the fps is in the screenshot bottom right. 90-110

Your FPS isn't that bad for your system. Even though its a beast of a PC, the FPS scaling isn't that much over a weaker build that only gets 60fps. I'm running a 7700k OC and 1080ti SLI and I only peak at about 200fps at 1080p on BF4.

So I will get a lower FPS than 90 if I got a 1440 monitor.
I don't get it, why did I bother getting a 144hz monitor when I can't get it unless I go for a super machine
so I guess a 1440p 60hz is perfect for my build if I want the max settings?

144hz is mostly for screen tearing issues and doesn't affect FPS. As for 1440p 60hz, that will be a good choice. A GTX 1070 is the sweet spot for 1440p graphics cards.
