[SOLVED] i5-7600k can't be overclocked. Help

What do I have?
i5-7600k 3.80ghz
Gigabyte Gaming B8 Motherboard
Vengence 2x16gb Ram
650W CoolerMaster Power Supply
EVGA GTX 1070 FTW 8gb Graphics Card
Intel SSD 90gb
Kingston SSD 120gb
Seagate HHD 1T
Thermaltake P5 ATX Tower

Problem.
CPU ratio/multiplier clock has a cap of 4.2ghz
Unable to overclock RAM

What I've tried doing.
I've updated my bios to F7 from gigabytes website, I've tried overclocking further than 4.2ghz, but it was still stuck. I've tried installing app-center and installed EasyTune, it gave me no option to overclock it any further. I have tried resetting CMOS and that didn't work. Please help me. ;(

What am I doing?
I am trying to overclock my CPU from 3.80ghz CPU to 4.40ghz or just far away from 4.20ghz

You need a "Z" board to properly overclock a K unlocked CPU.
"B" boards aren't for overclocking.

Look at Intel's Supports Overclocking spec for your motherboard's chipset:

Intel B250 Chipset

You would need a motherboard with the following chipset if you're planning on overclocking the i5-7600K:

Intel Z270 Chipset
