Look, this is overkill for the thread. He doesn't need to OC. It won't bottleneck. If he is curious about doing overclocking, that's a whole different matter.

Sorry I forgot to specify the clock speed that I wanted. I was hoping I could overclock the i5 7600k to 4.5Ghz on my 600W PSU.

It won't make enough difference. 600w is enough to run even my build overclocked.
