i5 7600k OC Question (Difference between 4.2 ghz and 4.5 ghz)

Hey guys.

I just OC'd this cpu to 4.5 ghz with 1.232 core voltage and the temps go up to 75 degrees under heavy load.

So the question is should I go for less if there's no visible performance difference between say 4.2 ghz and 4.5 ghz?

Oh also I have corsair vengeance 16 gb ram DDR4 3000 mhz

Also what are some good clock speeds and voltage for this cpu?

Sorry also i wanna know the difference between stock 3.8 ghz and 4.5 ghz and if it's worth OC'ing since i only use this pc for gaming.
