Hi, Just built my first PC earlier today. I think I may have a problem though. I can only get about 65 FPS in BF1 with a 1080ti on 1440p 144hz Ultra settings. (Refresh rate in game set to 144) I have an i5 8400, but the usage is usually 90ish while the GPU usage is usually pegged at 99 (Via MSI afterburner). I do think it bottlenecks it a little, but not as bad as the FPS says. Temps on all six cores are usually around 34, never higher than 42. GPU temp 60 and under. On top of all of this, the computer froze at the character creation screen of Fallout 4 (I had mods though, so), BF1 during multiplayer, and also during time spy benchmark through 3d mark. I did get two scores of just under 19000 on Firestrike. Any help would be appreciated. Is it simply a bottleneck issue? it seems like the world is split on the 8400. Any help would be appreciated.
PS: The bios has recognized the ram as 3200, V-Sync Off and on low quality only get like 90 FPS, resolution scale have tried all over
