i5 8400 and GTX 1050ti for streaming?

I was wondering if with this setup I would be able to stream Fortnite or Far Cry 5.

Absolutely, although not optimal. All depends what you're trying to achieve re: settings in both the game and your stream.

6 cores should be enough (hyperthreading would of been nice), that 1050 ti is a bit of a bottleneck.
