i5 8400: Best MOBO for WiFi and Future Proofing

Hello!
I recently moved my gaming setup from my room into the living room and I don't have a cable long enough to use a LAN connection. I am currently using a WiFi adapter, but I encounter a lot of lag.

Anyways, I can't seem to settle on a MOBO and currently I have been watching the H370, Z370, and the B360.

I want the best MOBO for a budget no more than $170. Will the WiFi built into these MOBO's be enough for gaming? Or should I just buy a super long Ethernet cable and buy a cheaper board? Should I invest in a router?

Notes: Bluetooth is also a concern.

No need to spend that much on a motherboard considering the CPU is not high end. Get a 150 plus$ motherboard when you run a demanding CPU..

You dont need a Z motherboard but it's future proof, compatible with K CPUs and also the Z370 Killer has Wifi.
