Hello.
I'm a noob when it comes to PC building, but i'm planning on building a gaming PC with the i5-8400 cpu.
I'm trying to decide what motherboard I should get, but I am a unsure of the differences between certain motherboards.
For instance, I was comparing the Gigabyte - Z370XP SLI with the Gigabyte - Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming and couldn't really see any differences in the spec apart from the fact that the SLI only has HDMI and the AORUS has DVI-D.
Is the AORUS actually significantly better? Or is there no point in paying more to get a mobo that's more expensive if i don't care about DVI/Aesthetics?
I was looking to pay in the £100 - £150 range (could maybe stretch to more)
I also looked at the Gigabyte - Z370 HD3P, and the ASRock - Z370 Extreme4.
Also, I haven't decided on what GPU I am getting yet, but if I decided to get a 1080/1080Ti would these more 'budget' mobos be sufficient? Or would I need a higher end mobo for these high end GPUs?
Thanks in advance
