i5-8400 CPU Temps

I have a i5-8400 CPU in my computer and under stress test the four max temperatures from RealTemp goes as follows: 66°C, 67°C, 64°C, 67°C. Is this normal? I just switched the thermal paste from the Stock paste that comes with the stock cooler to Arctic MX-4. Did I apply too little?

Below 70c is fine for an 8400 under stress , very good infact.

Don't use realtemp anyway , it only shows 4 cores when the 8400 has 6.
Use hwinfo instead

Are those temps from the stress test within Intel Extreme Tuning Utility? (If so, very good temps, and, only barely above those of my 7700K with 4 cores at 4.5 GHz, in fact...)
