600w , the unlocked cpu ran out of stock so i just bought the locked one, is there a big diffrence between these 2?

Not much. Just that you can oc it quite high which is always nice when you need some more performance in the future.

Aigo GT600 , so this cryorig h7 is a good cooler for cpu oc?

I would return that psu if you can since it's using quite old caps and everything and hasn't been tested properly yet. It's not worth risking your system with a questionable psu. I recommend you get a quality 500w or more unit.

The cryorig h7 is a good cooler and can get most cpu's to quite a decent oc.
