Hello guys, my PC has at least 6 years with me, i have a i7 3770(it gets to 100c and 100%), 8gb ddr3, gtx 960 2gb.

So i wanted to upgrade my PC to the new I5 8400, a new motherboard,
16gb ddr4 ram and in the future a gtx 1060. ( I'm going to buy 1x8gb ddr4 first)

But i don't know what motherboard and cooling should i get for my cpu to stay cool as an iceberg, as well as the case. Help me out boys.

Pd: Should i upgrade my gtx 960 or is it enough for the i5 8400?

Remember that i use my pc for gaming and streaming (in some cases) at 1080p(CS:GO, PUBG, Fortnite, ARMA 3, DOTA 2, Battlefield, etc)

PD2: Where can i sell my used components?

Put in 2x 4GB 2666 Mhz RAM, so you can get dual-channel RAM off the bat. Since your MoBo has 4x RAM slots, you can easily buy another 2x 4GB RAM kit to upgrade total RAM to 16GB. Also, 2x 4GB RAM...

Didn't add aftermarket CPU cooler since the Intel's stock CPU cooler that comes with the CPU is more than enough to cool it. Though, if you want to have "ice berg" cooling inside your PC, you're looking towards LN2 (Liquid nitrogen) cooling.

As far as PC case goes, that is personal choice and go with the one that you like the most. I prefer Corsair cases due to the high build quality they have,

Oh, GTX 960 is decent GPU and it will do fine with i5-8400. You're looking at medium settings @ 1080p with 60+ FPS with it, same as GTX 1050 Ti. There's no point to upgrade unless you want high/ultra settings @ 1080p with 60+ FPS, e.g GTX 1060 6GB,

To sell your old PC hardware, try Ebay or Craigslist perhaps? I have never sold any of my old PC hardware. Instead, i've donated them all to the people in need.
