[SOLVED] i5 8400 or Ryzen 5 2600 with RX 580

Hi everyone!

I am planning to get a new computer over the holidays because my PC is currently out of date. I'm going for a mid range price (around $800 to $1000). The GPU I'm picking is a Gigabyte Aorus RX 580 8 GB. Should I get the i5 8400 or the Ryzen 5 2600 with this build? Which will get me more performance in the game, is there even a statistical difference between performance in games in 1080p (the games I play are CSGO, Rainbow Six Siege and little bit of Fortnite).

I'd go with the 2600 because it's a very good value.
