Question i5 8400 paired with 2070

Hey all, Is this setup alright? cause right now im playing with these two, but it seems like in division 2 that the cpu does some "hic ups". Is there a reason for this?

Hi thanks for the reply! I'm using a 27" 165 hz 1440p panel. In-game settings are what Geforce Experience puts it too exept some settings which I read is killing the CPU. I do moniter both of GPU and CPU, my gpu goes to 87 max and my CPU maxes at 57.
Could this be the problem?
