i5 8400 performance problem

i bought i5 8400 recently.
i am using it with b360 mobo and 8gb ram.
my problem is when i benchmarking the pro it ment to score around 11500 in passmark benchmark.
but it only manage to gain around 10000.
is it normal or if not i need to know the solution.
or i need to know where is the prob.
