i5 8400 temperature increase

Hey guys I have a few questions about my new gaming pcs temps I just recently put together an i5-8400 for gaming and the last week or so when playing games like PUB G my CPU temps stayed constantly around 25-32c and my gpu stayed around 65c well last night I noticed when I opened msi after burner my gpu temps were at 70-75c and my CPU was up to 42c I know these temps aren't bad I'm just curious why the dramatic change All of my stuff is BRAND new out of the box my CPU is water cooled and my gpu fan is set to full speed kinda worried with the sudden temp spikes I havent had the chance to play with it today yet since Im working but Im curious if this should be something of concern? Do cpus need time to break in? Maybe re apply the thermal paste Need some help here guys if you can tyia

GTX 970 sc
Cooler master lite 120 water cooler
4 corsair sp 120 case fans & 1 fan radiator comb for CPU cooler
250gb ssd
1tb hdd

CPU temps are about right for the budget water cooler , but GPU fans on FULL , they are a little high but not bad at all.
