i5 8400 thermal paste?

does the i5 8400 come with thermal paste,
and if it come with thermal paste is it enough or should i buy an aftermarket thermal paste?

also is the stock cooler in i5 8400 enough for gaming?

Thermal paste is already pre applied on the stock cooler, yes it should be fine for your needs.

However if you need to take the cooler off for some reason, you'll need aftermarket thermal paste, so I'd order one just in case you mess up or something happens.
