[SOLVED] i5 8400 with a GTX 1070 or RTX 2060 or with R5 2600?

I am planning a pc build next month.I am confused b/w i5 8400 and r5 2600.I am new to pc building.Suggest me a good quality budget components.Ram,Psu,motherboard,hdd and a ssd.I hope You guys will help me in my first build.I am planning on playing 1080p60 ultra settings.

Define "budged" no one can answer this question because for some poeple 1500 dollars a buget but for some its 600 dollar.

It's 130000 Pkr.its my country currency.i5 8400 is more cheaper than r5 2600 and easily available.ryzen motherboards are expensive too.I want to have high quality but budget pc components.
