Hello sir please advance
Which is buying budget motherboard:
1.Gigabyte h310 A
2.Gigabyte h310 ds3h
3.Gigabyte b360 H
I don't overclock and disable turbo
I don't have money b360?
Don't know what is wrong i5 8400 with h310 Mobo?

I'm not aware of the H310 DS3H - only the H360 DS3H. There is however a H310M DS2 if this is what you meant?

Nothing wrong with 8400 on a 310 chipset if that's what fits your budget.
For example the H310M A should support 8400 out of the box.

If you're not overclocking then you don't need to worry too much about upper budget boards either. But your expansion will be limited as the H310 boards usually have less PCIe lanes.
