i5 8600k+gtx 1060 or i5 8400+ gtx 1070

Dont throw me the pc part pickers because everywhere isnt usa. My country si very expensive. Gtx 1070+16g+coller+i58400 will cost me about 1500-1600 usd and gtx1060+6g+i58600k will cost me 1200$. Now the first one is not prebhiolt but the second one is and I cannot find i58600k in my country so I can buy the second prebuilt and sell the gpu and buy gtx1070 or build my own

Unless you are above 1080p/60hz, the 1060 is a fine card and should ease through most games.
So get the prebuild. Sell the PSU as they are mostly garbage in prebuilds and get a better one. Use it for 2/3yrs, then get a GTX/RTX 3000 card for even better performance. The 8600k will mostly perform better than the 8400 and will also last way longer down the line.
