I5 8600k + GTX 1070 bottleneck?

Is there bottleneck between these 2?
How many watts of psu should I buy?
6hrs a day at the weekend and 3hrs a day on work days

As of the bottleneck, they make a good pair, so there wouldn't be any.

The i5-8600K is as good as it gets for gaming, it will run a much stronger graphics card if you want/need.

The psu you need is gated by the graphics card.
500w is recommended for a GTX1070.

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.
I might look at 650w or so which will not cost much more.

Whatever you buy, do not buy a cheap psu.
Buy a tier 1 o2 2 unit from a list such as this:

The I7-8700K is equally good, but for purely games, there is little value to be had from paying $150 more for 6 extra threads.

Do you have a link to your particular prospective build.

A GTX1070 and a I5-8600K is a good combo to start wish.
As with many things, the devil may be in the details.
Of course, budget counts also.
