I5-8600K Running Hot?

I haven't had much experience with higher end processors but today I was playing Assassins Creed Origins and my CPU cooler's heatsink was getting quiet hot.
My airflow isn't the best but i am getting more fans soon.

It ran at average 66C. (68c max so far) (I5-8600K stock clocked with thermaltake hyper 212 turbo led cooler)

I think its pretty normal as it is under 75C which is kind of stepping into the not so healthy range. Should I worry?

Max junction temperature on that processor is 100C. I think you will be fine....but more cooling is always good. Just for comparison I'm running an i7-980 on one machine and an i7-7800X on another and never go above 55c on anything including demanding games.
