Question I5 9400, 16gb ram 3200mhz, 300 download speed but everything is still so slow.

Just upgraded my cpu and ram.

Also just added 1tb hdd.

I’ve got high internet speeds. 300 down 30 up

but my pc is still sooo slow and everytjing takes years to download.

my pc is fully optimised so msconfig boot stuff all on max processors etc

startup programs disabled

Why is my pc so slow

So for some reason it says activate windows, I’ve just come back to my pc after 2 years, the windows was legit I’m 98% sure, but sayong I have to activate windows and when I try activate says problem with a code or smth
