is this normal ? something is making my tower temp rise and i think its because of my dust filter that came with my TECWARE VXR its location on the top. i had my TECWARE VXR setup with the blue fans sucking COOL air IN and the red fans sucking HOT air OUT. there are also dust filters in the bottom and the side panel. a total of 9 fans have dust filter or mesh

i think i may have to remove the filter and just let the dust in ?
the mesh looks like this

but my CPU temperature is reaching 77c while playing fortnite. is this normal ?

You don't need filters on the exhaust fans, it just traps dust in case. So take it off if you want but...

Perfectly normal my friend.
The max core throttle temp for the 9400F is 100 degrees C.
Generally as long as you keep it below 85 degrees you're good.
Even better if it stays below 80.

temps are fine. everything else apart from CPU is below 38c, I be happy with that at idle.

So its up to you, leave it on if it stops dust getting in from above. Just might need to clean it every few months... like I do

thank you very much i was beginning to worry because i changed PC case and when i felt the top of my case with the filters i felt some heat in there, not mild warm but really warm. like a heat blower. it felt as though they are struggling to get out from the top. although the rear of the case doesn't have filter or fan i dont think they are able to freely move sideways. thank you
