Question i5 9400F for After Effects?

Found a used i5 9400F within my tight budget, planning to create some content with After Effects, 15 minutes videos at 1080p, is this CPU good enough for this software or it will be like watching paint dry, there's also a SATA SSD and a 1050TI and 16GB of ram, thanks.
